In 2006, we diversified our property operations into Funds Management in order to professionally service our expanding client and investor base, and to enable new clients to confidently invest in future unlisted property opportunities.
We hold an Australian Financial Services License (#309866) and manage numerous unlisted property trusts and other property holdings that are owned exclusively by the company, and also in a shared arrangement with a mix of private and institutional investors.
The majority of the investment properties in our trusts have been designed, constructed and managed by our company, giving us intimate knowledge of each and every one of these properties.
Our largest unlisted wholesale property trust to date is Pellicano Property Trust 1 (PPT1) which is valued at approximately $150m. It is owned jointly by the Pellicano Group and Industry Superannuation Property Trust (ISPT), one of Australia’s largest superannuation investor owned property groups.
