The property arm of Pellicano is a diversified property services company, holding an Australian Financial Services License and recognised as a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We specialise in property development, sales and leasing, property management and funds management. We lead the way as a developer and manager of major business parks and commercial/industrial premises in premier locations across Victoria and Queensland.

Pellicano commenced operations in Australia in 1967, starting out as a humble bricklaying business established by Frank and Nunzio Pellicano, who are still involved in the company today!

Just like those early buildings, they have built the business from the ground up to become a leading national and award winning property and construction enterprise.

Today, as the next generation takes the group to new heights, Pellicano still maintains its family owned and managed approach, enriched by good old family values with an ongoing commitment to excellence in customer service and meticulous attention to detail.

With both the construction business and property services division within the one organisation, the Pellicano Group is a one stop shop, offering design and construction services, property development expertise, plus property and funds management services.

The property group now owns and manages more than 170 properties across Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales, with over 300 commercial clients across a diverse range of property sectors including commercial, industrial, retail, residential and aged care.

In addition to the existing property portfolio which comprises over 562,000m2 of building area on 1,772,900m2 of land, there is also over 1,774,000m2 of vacant land awaiting future development.

“The Pellicano name is spoken with admiration and respect by the property industry generally, and reflects the many physical examples of quality work by the group, but more importantly the professional and ethical way the group has conducted its business dealings.” Daryl Browning, CEO ISPT Pty Ltd
