In 1967 a humble bricklaying business was established by two brothers, Nunzio and Frank Pellicano. In 1969 they got their fist big break, building 12 residential apartments in Oakleigh East, in Melbourne’s south eastern suburbs. After building a solid reputation in residential unit building over a number of years, Frank and Nunzio branched out into the industrial sector, building 3 small factories in suburban Westall.

Pellicano commenced operations in Australia in 1967, starting out as a humble bricklaying business established by Frank and Nunzio Pellicano, who are still involved in the company today!

Just like those early buildings, they have built the business from the ground up to become a leading national and award winning property and construction enterprise.

Today, as the next generation takes the group to new heights, Pellicano still maintains its family owned and managed approach, enriched by good old family values.

Along with carrying out the design and construction work for our property development group, Pelicano also work directly with a vast array of clients and developers in the commercial, industrial, retail, residential and aged care sectors. The repeat business and referrals are a reflection of the quality and service we provide.

In 2006 we expanded even further and opened an office in Queensland. This has enabled us to better service our Queensland based and national clients.
