Construction of the new retail centre is progressing well and is starting to take shape with the commencement of external finishes. The leasing of the 10 specialty shops has been an outstanding success and we are delighted to welcome Subway, Bakers Delight, Tatts Lotto, Fat Duck, Jessie’s Pizza, Express Cuts and Fantastic Home and Gifts to the centre. With the balance of retail space now under offer we look forward to announcing the final tenancy mix in the coming weeks.
