Stage 1 is complete and will be home to Holden and Toyota car dealerships, and a Bunnings Warehouse among others. Plans for Stage 2 lots are well underway with construction expected to commence in 2017. A future retail precinct is also in planning which will complete the development offering amenities such as supermarket, specialty stores and small retail outlets.
