Civil works are now complete on the first stage of Pellicano’s $60 million master-planned Parkwest Business Estate in Ispwich.
The 10ha business park will be developed and managed by the privately owned development and construction company.
The business park – opposite the new Masters Home Improvement Centre on Hoepner Rd, will include office and warehouse accommodation, as well as ancillary uses to service the business park.
Pellicano development manager Callum Murray said the company was preparing for construction to commence on the first office block within the estate – a boutique sized, strata-titled, industrial unit complex, comprising seven units.
“Business park sites are specifically chosen for their key efficiency benefits, such as their accessibility to arterial and major roads and surrounding amenities,” he said.
