Story House by Pellicano Living is designed by DBI Architects. The eight storey building boasts 86 apartments, 54 of which will be one and two bedroom, as well as 800m² of communal space, two level basement parking and a communal rooftop garden. The rooftop will feature a lap pool with a pool deck, spa, yoga lawn, dining and barbecue area and an outdoor gym.
Story House will also offer 32 studio apartments for short stay via Rambla.
