Story House by Pellicano Living is designed by Powe Architects. The eight storey building boasts 86 apartments, 54 of which will be one and two bedroom apartments, as well as 800m² of communal space, two level basement parking and a communal rooftop garden. The rooftop will feature a lap pool with a pool deck, spa, yoga lawn, dining and barbecue area and an outdoor gym.
Story House will also offer 32 studio apartments for short stay via Rambla.
